(c) Under this scheme your commission will be increased to 13% of sale price on all pieces sold in a year if you sell 25 or more in a year. Dear Sales Agent,
I am pleased to designate you as a Sales Agent for FotoKrafts & Artleaves products and services with effect from today 17th January 2010. As a Sales Agent you will promote and market the products and services of FotoKrafts and Artleaves on a commission basis only. You are not a salaried employee of the company on its payrolls.
You are expected to view our websites http://www.fotokrafts.net, http://www.artleaves.net periodically for updates on products, services, pricing and other miscellaneous features. As a Sales Agent you may market and book customer orders for the following classification of products and services offered by the company.
· Photographic Artwork at Artleaves. · Exclusive Photo Shoots at Artleaves. · Wedding Packs at Artleaves · Custom Treks at FotoKrafts · Treks at FotoKrafts · Model Portfolio’s at FotoKrafts · Dealerships at Artleaves · Corporate Rentals at Artleaves
As a Sales Agent you will be paid a commission only on a per sale basis. Your accumulated commission will be paid to you on or before the 8th of every calendar month by crossed account payee cheque favoring “Your Name”.
Although there are no ‘Sales Targets’ defined for you as a Sales Agent you will be upgraded to the status of a five star sales agent if we spot potential in you in terms of sales. Subsequent to your interview we have decided to offer you the following Marketing Pack to help augment sales.
(a) Black and white marketing pamphlets containing on one side details of any other products and services that you market. These pamphlets totaling 2500 will be distributed by you at your expense thru newspaper inserts. You will need to specify any material that you want printed on a size A4 sheet without graphics single sided black and white only. (b) In addition to pamphlets fifty numbers of ‘Car Windscreen Stickers’ with catchy logos are being provided to you for free as customer handouts. (c) Immediately after you register your first Sale two boxes of visiting cards with our company logo/address/uniform resource locator and your name will be printed and handed over to you. Your details will be printed on the reverse of the card. (d) Immediately after you meet target of 20 (twenty) customers for Treks at FotoKrafts two boxes of visiting cards with our company logo/address/uniform resource locator and your name will be printed and handed over to you. Your details will be printed on the reverse of the card. (e) Free Photo Restoration Service. Read details at link ‘Sales Agent’ at http://www.artleaves.net (f) An Identity Card will be issued to you to help facilitate entry at customer locales.
As a Sales Agent you do not have to keep stock of pictures or display pieces. Just point customers to our website to book customer orders. You may also bring in customers to view the artwork for sale (prior to purchase) at our company showroom premises B-1451, Sahakara Nagar, Bangalore – 560 092. At the time of booking a customer; as a Sales Agent you will need to communicate customers shipping and invoice address to ‘ArtLeaves’ and we will pack and ship at our expense to customers. Any communication of Customer bookings must be from your email id (as above) as registered with FotoKrafts. Any change in your email id must be communicated to FotoKrafts promptly. You as a Sales Agent are required to send all email communication to yourname@fotokrafts.net. This email id has been created on FotoKrafts servers exclusively to receive email from you. As a Sales Agent you cannot accept cash from customers for payment towards products and services. You may collect cheques from customers under my approval drawn in favor of “FotoKrafts”.
Commencing from the date of designation and your acceptance as ‘Sales Agent’ you will be paid a commission as follows. (a) For each picture sold above minimum retail price you will be paid a commission of 10 % (ten percent) of sale price exclusive of taxes. If you sell below the minimum retail price you will not be paid any commission. The minimum retail price will be advised to you periodically via an email listing. (b) Your commission will be increased by 3 % (three percent) to 13 % (thirteen percent) of sale price on all pieces sold in a year if you sell twenty five or more pieces of artwork in a year. (c) You will be paid a flat commission of 10 % (ten percent) on amount billed to customer before taxes for exclusive photo shoots. Special commission for five star sales agents of 15 % (fifteen percent) is not applicable to exclusive photo shoots. This sale will not be counted for clauses (b), (d). (d) If upgraded to the status of a ‘Five Star Sales Agent’ you will be paid an additional commission of 5 % (five percent) which totals up to 18 % (eighteen percent) per sale commission if you sell 25 or more in a year. You will be upgraded to the status of a five star sales agent purely at the discretion of FotoKrafts. (e) As a five star Sales Agent you will be refunded a maximum of Rs 350/- per month or actual mobile bill whichever is lower. (f) If you work at a five star hotel in any capacity you will be upgraded to a ‘Five Star Sales Agent’. (g) For every customer that you book for any of our Treks (at FotoKrafts) from any starting point (excluding custom treks) you will be paid Rs 1,500/- (fifteen hundred) in all. As a special commission you will receive Rs 500/- extra per customer including all previous customers you have booked since enrollment/designation date till September 15th 2010 IF and only IF you meet the minimum target of 20 (twenty) customers before September 15th 2010. (h) For every customer that you book for any of our Custom Treks (at FotoKrafts) you will be paid a flat commission of USD $200 per custom trek booking. If upgraded as a five star Sales Agent you will be paid a commission of USD $250 per custom trek booking. (i) If you fetch us a customer in the form of a Art ‘Dealership’ you will be paid 3 % (three percent) of the deposit amount paid by the Dealership to Artleaves as total commission. In the case of ‘Street Treats’ Dealership your introduction of this Art Dealership will be treated as a sale of a 25 pack and you will be paid commission as per rates above. (j) If you book a customer in the form of a ‘Corporate’ Rental you will be paid 2 % (two percent) of the deposit amount paid by the Corporate customer to Artleaves. (k) If customer requests a money back then the commission paid to you towards that customers Sale will be deducted from the next months commission cheque.
Your services will be TERMINATED if we receive constant and consistent customer complaints pertaining to mis-conduct, theft, nuisance phone calls. You are required to be in acceptable attire (no half pants) with customers.
Kindly sign the duplicate copy of this letter as your acceptance of the above terms and conditions of your designation as a Sales Agent and submit it at our offices. You are also required to send an email from your registered email id with us to sales_agent@fotokrafts.net SUBJECT LINE : SALES AGENT REGISTRATION with your stamp size scanned photo (150 dpi, 24 bit) along with your name, address, contact telephone numbers. We will reply to your email and confirm your registration after receipt of the duplicate copy of this letter duly signed by you.
