Money Back (Re-Stocking Fee Reduced to Six Percent)
1) Under the Money Back offer we refund 94 % of the purchase price if you choose to return the artwork purchased within
the stipulated timeframe. The Money Back Offer is only valid for a maximum purchase of FIVE pieces of artwork.
2) Money Back offer only applies to those customers who purchase directly at our web store at full price without further
discounts beyond the sale price.The Moneyback Offer is not valid for Purchases from Dealerships.
3) Under the Money Back offer a 6 % Re-Stocking fee will apply to all artwork returned for a refund. Shipment charges
incurred by ArtLeaves at the time of original shipment to your shipping address will not be refunded.
4) Under the Money Back offer all artwork returned for a refund/exchange must be returned within 28 to 42 days from the
date of our mailing or dispatch. For Customers with a Billing Address in India the purchased artwork must be returned within
28 days and for customers with a Billing Address outside India the purchased artwork must be returned within 42 days.
5) Under the Money Back offer all artwork returned for a refund will be returned by you at your expense and adequate packing
care must be taken to ensure that artwork arrives un-damaged and reaches us within the time stipulated as in (4).
6) For Customers with Indian Billing Address Refund Cheque will be mailed to your Billing Address within 14 days
of receipt of the returned artwork. A INR refund cheque will be mailed to all Indian Nationals and a foreign currency
cheque will be mailed to all foreign nationals. The foreign currency cheque will be a bankers cheque (will not bounce).
7) For Customers with non-Indian Billing Address Refund Cheque will be mailed to your Billing Address within 21 days
of receipt of the returned artwork. A foreign currency refund cheque will be mailed to all foreign nationals. The foreign
currency cheque will be a bankers cheque (will not bounce).
8) Under the MoneyBack offer scheme you may exchange the artwork purchased for another piece of artwork from our web
store display. The Re-Stocking fee will not be applied/levied for exchange of artwork. The exchange can only be done once.
Exchange can now be done even if you purchased from a Sales Agent subject to a maximum purchase of five pieces. This
exchange offer is not applicable to 'Exclusive Photo Shoots'.
For all exchange of artwork the customer will return the artwork to artleaves at his expense and adequate packing care
must be taken to ensure that artwork arrives un-damaged and reaches us within the time stipulated as in (4).
If the artwork is found damaged on return to us then in this case the Re-Stocking fee will be applied/levied.
If the artwork is found totally or badly damaged on return to us then in this case the artwork will not be exchanged and
damaged artwork will be returned to you at your expense.
