Interested in an Art Dealership ?

Dealerships for Artworks will only be given to outlets that have a minimum of 250 square feet of floor space and 600 square feet of WALL space. Dealerships will only be given to Leading Gift Shops, Leading Card Shops, Leading Book Shops, Leading Cake Shops (three star), Leading Pizza Outlets with Dine In, Leading Coffee Bars, Leading Pubs, Leading Restaurants, Leading Furniture Malls, Leading Kitchen Utensils and Appliances Stores (such as Venetta), Multiplex Theatre's within Malls, Leading Malls and Super Markets. Frame Shops, Photographic Outlets will not be given a dealership of any kind.

There are two kinds of dealerships.

1) Commission Based Dealership (Ideal for small/medium outlets)

     IDEAL FOR A CORNER GIFT STORE IN A UP-MARKET RESIDENTIAL AREA.

     (you dont loose a rupee even if you dont sell, even your deposit is refunded with interest)

     (a) Under this scheme ArtLeaves will allow you to choose any Six thru Twelve display pieces (not wood laminates) 

           The display pieces will be shipped to your store/outlet at our expense anywhere within India.

           For stores/outlets outside India fifty percent of the shipping charges will be billed to you and deducted from your deposit.

     (b) Under this scheme you do not have to keep stock of pictures. You only need the display pieces to book customer orders.

           You will have to communicate customers shipping and invoice address to ArtLeaves and we will pack and ship at our

           expense to customers. 

           By default all customer orders will be shipped by V.P.P/C.O.D to all customers resident within India.

           For customers resident outside India all orders will be shipped by Courier service. Customers resident outside India  will be

           billed by raising an invoice and emailing it to their personal email id.

           The email Invoice will have a pay button which when clicked will take the customer to a secure payment gateway.

           The customer will be billed for the exact price that you negotiated with him/her.

           For Indian customers who prefer to pay by credit card  a similar invoice as above will be emailed to their personal email id.

           For customers who prefer to pay by cash the artwork will be shipped to their shipping address upon receipt of payment from

           your dealership.

     (c) You will need to pay a deposit at Web Site pricing for the Six thru Twelve display pieces.

     (d) The Dealership is for a minimum period of one year.

     (e) At the time of termination of Dealership the deposit paid will be refunded in full if all display pieces are returned in very good

           condition.  You will be responsible for safe shipping at your expense of all display pieces to ArtLeaves on Termination of

           Dealership.

     (f) The deposit paid will be refunded along with 9.5 % per annum SIMPLE interest.

          The deposit will be refunded along with interest by crossed account payee cheque within thirty calendar days of termination

          of dealership OR safe return of display pieces whichever is later.

           No interest on deposit will be paid for the above thirty days after termination of dealership.

     (g)  For each picture sold above minimum retail price you will receive a commission of 20 % of sale price (exclusive of taxes).

     (h) The minimum retail price for each picture will be periodically advised to you via an email listing.

     (i) If you sell a piece below the minimum retail price you will not be paid any commission.

     (j) Under this scheme your commission will be increased to 25 % on all pieces sold in a year if you sell 50 or more in a year.  

     (k) Under this scheme you will be listed under 'Display Store' with your Store Name, City and Telephone Number.

2) Stock Based Dealership (Elite Dealership)

     (a) Under this scheme ArtLeaves will allow you to choose any Twelve thru Eighteen display pieces (not wood laminates) 

     (b) Under this scheme you buy stock of minimum ONE HUNDRED pictures every year.  You Ship all pictures at your

           expense to customers. All pictures will be pre-packed at our expense in strong cardboard boxes with thermocol.

           You will only have to stick the customers mailing address.

           You will have to collect stock from ArtLeaves Shop Floor at your expense.

           As an Elite Dealership your MARGIN will vary depending on the stock levels you maintain. Unsold stock cannot

           be returned for refund at the end of the Dealership period of two years.

           Here is an example margin table.

    (c) You will need to pay a deposit at Web Site pricing for the Twelve thru Eighteen display pieces.

     (d) The Dealership is for a minimum period of two years.

     (e) At the time of termination of Dealership the deposit paid will be refunded in full if all display pieces are returned in very good

           condition. You will be responsible for safe shipping at your expense of all display pieces to ArtLeaves on Termination of

           Dealership.

     (f) The deposit paid will be refunded along with 9.5 % per annum SIMPLE interest.

          The deposit will be refunded along with interest by crossed account payee cheque within thirty calendar days of termination

          of dealership OR safe return  of display pieces whichever is later.

          No interest on deposit will be paid for the above thirty days after termination of dealership.

     (g) No interest will be paid on the deposit amount if you fail to stock the minimum ONE HUNDRED pictures every year.

     (h)  Under this scheme you will be listed at our Website as Elite Dealership along with write up of your store (100 words) and a

            link to your web site.

            You will also be allowed to display an advertising image of size 3 x 4 inches. You will be allowed to change the write up and

            advertising image  once every three months. The listing will include your store name, street address, telephone number,

            fax number, email address.

3)  Street Treats Dealership (Ideal for a Gift Shop in a Residential Area marketplace)

     (a) Under this scheme there are no display pieces and deposits involved.

     (b) Under this scheme you pick stock in multiples of twenty five pieces (1 pack).

            The composition of the pack can be decided by you ;  which means all 25 (twenty five) pictures can be just one type.

            For example all 25 (twenty five) of picture code ST16.  NONE OF THE FRAMING CHOICES WILL BE AVAILABLE IN STREET

           TREATS. THE PICTURE SIZE WILL BE A3 SEMI-GLOSS PAPER AND YOU WONT HAVE A CHOICE OF FRAMES BUT THE

           STANDARD CHOICES WITH MOUNTS WILL BE ATTRACTIVE BUYS. THE PICTURES WILL COME WITH ALL MISCELLANEOUS

            OPTIONS AS IN 'EXPRESSIONS'.  ALL PICTURE FRAMES WILL HAVE PLYWOOD BACKS WITH SCREWS TO MAKE THEM LAST LONG.

            EACH PICTURE FRAME WILL ALSO HAVE AN A3+ SIZE PHOTO SHEET WITH DOG EARS FOR PLACING FAMILY PHOTO'S AT  A LATER DATE !!

            IF YOU GET BORED WITH OUR PICTURES !!

            Your margins will be as below based on the number of packs you pick

      (c)  You ship all pictures to customers at your expense.

      (d) All pictures will be packed/wrapped in bubble foam and delivered to you.

      (e) There is no minimum period for this dealership. This means that you can buy a single pack

            from us sell the pack and you may choose not to continue further.

      (f) Under this scheme unsold stock cannot be returned for a refund.

     (g) Under this scheme you will be listed under 'Gift Shop' with your Store Name, City and Telephone Number.

           FOR EACH PACK PURCHASED YOU WILL BE ADVERTISED AT OUR ARTLEAVES GIFT SHOP FOR A PERIOD OF TWO MONTHS ONLY.

           THEREFORE IF YOU PURCHASE THREE PACKS THEN YOU WILL BE ADVERTISED AT ARTLEAVES WEBSITE FOR SIX MONTHS ONLY.
