EXCLUSIVE LIMITED EDITION PHOTO SHOOTS FOR THE ELITE.  

1(A). I offer to photograph any geographic region within India or Outside India and bring back a minimum of thirty  

        six sharp pictures for you to choose from.  You may Choose any Sixteen  pictures from the entire photo

        shoot These pictures will be presented to you in size 8 x 10 without framing. These pictures will be presented

        as a slide show at our website with a password protected web page for your approval. NEW NEW  we will bring

        back four or five 4 x 5 large format photo's using view camera's. So book now !! this 4 x 5 option is at no

        extra cost but may not be available in certain nations due to ground conditions !!

1(B). Here is a comprehensive list of nations I photograph. You need to specify a specific state or region within these

          nations. With some nations the size of  Switzerland dont bother to specify a region everything is within reach

          and so I will photograph the entire place for you.

          THE FOLLOWING IS THE PRICING FOR THE PRIMARY OPTIONS (See (2) below)

          Western Europe : Switzerland (FEE USD $10,000), Portugal (FEE USD $9000), Spain (FEE USD $8000)

          Central Europe : Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Yugoslavia,               

                                         Poland (FEE USD $8000)

          Eastern Europe : Belarus, Bulgaria, Romania, Latvia, Lithuania, Russia, Estonia, Ukraine, Macedonia,

                                          Moldova (FEE USD $8000)

          Southern Europe : Turkey (Only Footboarding European Part), Ukraine, Greece, Georgia,

                                             Albania (FEE USD $8000)

          Northern Europe : Finland and Norway subject to availability of visa's, ICELAND (FEE USD $11,000)

          Some Nations like Spain, Portugal and Finland and Norway subject to availability of Visa's.

          Central Asia : Mongolia, Armenia, Kazakhstan, China (FEE USD $8000)  (up by usd $1000 from 22/09/09)

         South Kerala -- Banana Republic only.  FEE USD $5000

         Vietnam, Cambodia, Sri Lanka (OKAY NOW, NORMALCY RESTORED) FEE USD $6000

         Australasia : New Zealand only subject to visa availability FEE USD $9000

                              Temporary five year BAN on Australia due to prevailing anarchy.

                              The BAN will be lifted after Mr Kevin Rude changes his name to Kevin Polite and issues an official

                              change of name proclamation in the newspapers.

          Africa : Kenya and South Africa and Swaziland FEE USD $8500.  Morocco USD $6,500

          I may refuse to photograph in certain nations due to un-specified reasons (it could mean anarchy or turmoil or

          Mafiosi as in Italy, MOB in Australia)

1(C)  This is a new option called 'COMBO OPTION' it is nothing but the primary option in terms of features

          but what it offers is all in one. Instead of you choosing a specific state/region we will bring you

          wildflower and wildlife and birdlife and people and landscape photo's from regions of our choice. 

          The rest of this option and add on elements are in options 1(a) and 2 ......

2.  THE PRIMARY OPTION  

      Your Chosen pictures will be framed as per your finest detail upto frame sizes 20 x 24 inches. The picture size

      will remain at a maximum of A3+. You may choose Paper type, Frame color, Frame type, Frame Shape,

      Picture Mount and Miscellaneous options. You may request black and white versions of chosen pictures

      You may Choose any Sixteen  pictures from the entire photo shoot. You may choose Frame Sizes upto

      20 x 24 (picture size A3+). The price for the same will be as in (6) below.  THIS OPTION IS REFERRED TO

      AS THE PRIMARY OPTION. THE PRIMARY OPTION IS IDEAL FOR SMALL THREE TO FOUR BEDROOM

      HOMES.  For Larger Frame Sizes at additional pricing Choose Option 10(B). IF sixteen pictures are one

       too many for you you may share the exclusive photo shoot with a friend or relative.

 3. Once Pictures are chosen by you they will be framed and delivered to you within 21 calendar days to any

     world address by reliable courier services and good packaging. Any customs duties will have to be paid by you

     at the port of entry. 

4. All pictures Chosen by you will be sold at our website as a limited edition of just twelve pictures. All pictures

    Rejected by you will be sold as un-limited edition at our website.

5. You can specify kind of pictures you are looking for. Landscapes, People, Flowers, Wildlife etc and we will try

    And get them for you.  I currently do not provide under-water photography due to the non-availability of camera's

    for the same. Choose the Film of your liking and the printing paper. 

    You may only specify a specific state or region within a nations geographic boundaries.

6. You have the RIGHT TO REJECT. We Pray that you dont use this RIGHT TO REJECT as a Bargaining Lever.     

    We have provided  this clause to ensure that the customer is happy with his purchase and it is not a case of money

    burnt. Customers are Kings and Queens and both never bargain !!

     A Flat rejection fee will be applied as per table below.

     Countries of Central, Northern Europe USD $2500

     Countries of  Eastern, Southern Europe USD $2000

     India USD $750 

     Nepal USD $1000

     Vietnam, Cambodia, Sri Lanka (USD $1000)

     African Nations (USD $1250)

     Other Nations of Asia USD $1250 (Turkey considered as European Nation)

    This rejection fee will be refunded totally without interest if you provide a reference to a friend, enemy or relative

    who will approve exclusive photo shoot and purchase it at the price quoted above within twelve months of your

    rejection date. IF you cant manage this fifty percent of  your rejection fee will be refunded to you in six

    monthly installments without interest from the sixth month of your rejection date.

    So if your rejection fee is USD $2,500 you will still be refunded USD $1250 in six monthly installments  

    starting from the sixth month as above. You may choose any of our framed artworks at our website in lieu of

    the amount to be refunded.  IF YOU EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT TO REJECT  the balance of advance taken from

    you after deducting rejection fee as above will be refunded  without interest within 10-14 working days

    (Indian Calendar) of your rejection date.

7. You need to allow a time frame of three months for photography & presentation to you & another 21 days for

    Framed Delivery of these pictures at prices listed in (6). IF you are willing to wait for a period of four months

    for photography and presentation to you and another forty five days by Slow Sea Shipping then you are

    eligible for 20 % discount on the pricing as in 9 (B) below. The Advance will have to be paid as in (8).   

8. AN ADVANCE FEE OF FIFTY PERCENT will have to be paid by you. This advance is refundable after

    deduction of Rejection Fee if you decide not to like it.

    In the event of rejection of Visa by any nation the entire advance will be returned to you within 10-14 working

    days (Indian Calendar) of visa  rejection. We deduct  the visa fee in case of rejection since some embassies

    do not refund visa fees in the event of rejection.  FOR ALL LADY CUSTOMERS AT BANGALORE who book an 

    exclusive photo shoot along with advance  payment you will be gifted a pair of parrot's in a cage within 14 days 

    days of receipt of advance. parrot is all yours even if you reject exclusive photo shoot.       

    Psst rishvatkhor kids get mother to approve and i have something in my sled for you. SURPRISE !!

9 (A)  THIS OPTION 9 (A) IS ALSO REFERRED TO AS THE WOOD OPTION.

     Please note for all our exclusive photo shoots if you are willing to pay extra usd $6500 then you will be offered

     a fine choice of imported frames of pine wood, olive wood, cherry, walnut,  briarwood, koa, poplar, alder, cedar,

     maple,  ash, oak, aspen, beech, parawood, birch, yellow pine, white pine, willow, eucalyptus, mahogany, hickory,

     teak, boxwood, ebony, rosewood and very exquisite and elegant designs to choose from. we promise you these

     frames are out of the world and we will  accomodate each and every taste bud of yours. but you need to choose

     only fine wood in any design and shade. you will also get a choice of brass corners and corner sets provided the

     frame design is available with the specific design of brass corners and corner sets. you can also choose the frame

     thickness. if you choose  option NINE then we will deliver your pictures in strong wood boxes with a combination

     lock. the combination lock number will be communicated to you and customs at your port of entry to open the

     boxes. so go right ahead and write us an extra CHEQUE OF USD $6,500 ONLY. these wooden boxes are

     of high quality and will last several residential shifts. the wood for the boxes will  be strong light wood with good

     finish.

9 (B) THE FRAME OPTION

           We have decided to dis-continue with print size A1 (frame size 40 x 48) since these are highly impractical.

           What we have now is picture size A2 ( PICTURE SIZE 16.5 x 23.4 INCHES) Frame Size  30 x 38 inches.

           Price for FRAME OPTION : USD $4500

           YOU CAN CHOOSE 9(B) WITHOUT OPTION 9(A) THE ARTWORK WILL STILL BE DELIVERED IN WOODEN BOXES WITH

           COMBINATION LOCK.  IN THE FRAME OPTION ONLY FRAME SHAPE RECTANGLE IS DELIVERED. IF YOU WANT A CHOICE

           OF FRAME SHAPES THEN SETTLE FOR PRIMAY OPTION FOR COST CUTTING.

           THE FRAME OPTION WILL TAKE FORTY FIVE DAYS AFTER APPROVAL FOR DELIVERY BY SLOW/SNAIL POST. 

DONATIONS : 2 % OF AMOUNT BILLED TO YOU WILL BE DONATED IN KIND TO REMOTE FIELD HOSPITALS IN AFRICA

THRU ORGANIZATIONS/INDIVIDUALS WITH A KNOWN TRACK RECORD OF FIELD SERVICE IN AFRICA.

Note :  Sales agents you will receive a flat 10 % commission (before taxes) on amount billed to customer for exclusive photo shoots. 

special commission for five star sales agents of 15 % is not applicable for exclusive photo shoots. 

commission will be paid to you only after customer approval. if customer exercises right to reject you will be paid nothing.

Immediately after first customer approval you will be upgraded to a five star sales agent with immediate  effect and that means

a lot of commission in the general category.

AN EXCLUSIVE PHOTO SHOOT IN NORWAY WOULD COST YOU USD $11,000 (PRIMARY OPT) PLUS USD $11,000 (9A + 9B)

WHICH EQUALS USD $22,000.

FOR THE SALES AGENT THIS MEANS A COMMISSION CHEQUE AS  LARGE AS USD $2200.00
